Andrew Goldstein has been successfully and efficiently resolving his clients' disputes for almost 30 years, with a combination of dedication, tenacity, hard work, and sound judgment. After two decades of experience with national and international law firms, Mr. Goldstein opened his own law practice so that he can deliver the same high-quality legal services that his clients have become accustomed to, but at significantly more affordable rates.

Mr. Goldstein’s practice has focused on general business litigation, employment law, and real estate, land use, and construction disputes. Mr. Goldstein's business litigation experience includes defending lenders against predatory lending claims, disputes involving the sale of goods under the Uniform Commercial Code, claims under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, commonly referred to as Chapter 93A, and contract disputes. In the area of employment law, Mr. Goldstein has successfully defended his clients against discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, and litigated disputes involving noncompetition agreements and wage claims. Mr. Goldstein also has extensive experience litigating real estate disputes, including easement, zoning and land use disputes, claims for specific performance of real estate contracts, and claims under the Massachusetts wetlands protection act.
